Factors of Engagement: 1. Internal Communication

Internal communication is a driving factor for employee engagement and job satisfaction. Communication within an organization, and between employees, creates shared knowledge, values, and meaning. High-quality internal communication also helps cultivate positive relationships in the workplace (Karanges et al., 2014).

It is one of the 15 drivers in the scientific Employee Happiness Model®.

This message must be coherent, credible and represent the values of the company.   • Lack of an internal communication strategy
  • Lack of an effective method of sending messages or interacting
