The HR world is constantly changing. Increasingly faster developments in the field of digitization make it easier for companies to integrate products and services on one platform. This makes various HR matters accessible and transparent for both employees and managers. Jan-Herman Hanskamp, HR director at Rotra, explains how they implement this strategy.

Jan-Herman was appointed at Rotra in 2016 as Corporate HR Director and thus bears ultimate responsibility for all 860 employees, who are active in the Netherlands, Belgium and Romania. Rotra is a logistics service provider and mainly focuses on innovative logistics solutions. They meet all wishes in the field of transport and logistics: from European road transport to worldwide air and sea freight.

“As 2DAYSMOOD, we are extremely proud that we can contribute to Royal Rotra’s innovative HR strategy with our real-time feedback tool. Continuously receiving relevant feedback from employees is essential for a positive work climate. The measuring method (fast, simple and fun) plays a major role in this! ”

2DAYSMOOD makes giving feedback simple

The 2DAYSMOOD solution gives Rotra real-time insight into the feedback from employees, and the possibility to act on it directly. Employees also see that the feedback is taken seriously and addressed if necessary.

At a time when people are overloaded with information – especially in the workplace – it is important to invest in solutions that make work a bit easier and clearer. Rotra is experimenting with the latest solutions. Jan-Herman concludes: “By adding 2DAYSMOOD to Cobra, gathering feedback is made simple and accessible. At Rotra, we see the input of our employees as an important steering factor. A satisfied and committed employee is a showcase for your organization. This helps us in our mission to become an employer of choice. ”

2DAYSMOOD is made available to Royal Rotra within the “Cobra” platform. This was partly achieved through a partnership with SD Worx Netherlands, the provider of innovative salary and HR software solutions.
