How can you measure sustainable employability?

In the European Sustainable Workforce study, Professor Tanja van der Lippe, among others, at Utrecht University, identified 6 drivers of sustainable employability. These drivers were researched in 259 organizations to measure the degree of sustainable employability of the workforce. The measurement method and benchmark tool of 2DAYSMOOD has been developed on the basis of this data.

Simply put, this means that we combine a scientific measurement method with our proven survey tool.
