Is the survey anonymous?

The tool stores the data anonymously. The data is processed and made available for analysis. The data will never be traceable to one individual. There must be at least five employees in a group for analysis. However, your data will be kept together for your personal dashboard. Please note: we cannot guarantee that open answers cannot be traced back to a user through language use or references.

Where is data stored?

The data of EU customers is stored by default in the European data center. US customers' data is stored in the US. The third option is the data center in Singapore. A private cloud and other options are negotiable.

What private data of employees are required to use the 2DAYSMOOD software tool?

2DAYSMOOD only asks for email address for basic functionality. Customers often choose to include demographic data in the platform, such as department, age and job title.
