Independent tests

In addition to automatic security scans of the software tool, penetration tests are regularly conducted in collaboration with leading security firms to ensure the security of our networks, infrastructure and applications.

User authentication

We provide standard access to the 2DAYSMOOD platform through a login, password and Multifactor Authentication (MFA). In addition, we offer the possibility to integrate with Single sign-on software (SSO), this allows end users to log in once after which access is provided automatically.

Platform user management

All 2DAYSMOOD customers have the flexibility to assign roles within the platform.  User management can also be managed outside of 2DAYSMOOD through integration with existing software such as Workday, SDWORX or AFAS.

Data encryption

We encrypt all data between your organization and 2DAYSMOOD using industry standard TLS 1.2. The data is encrypted at rest when stored on our servers using full disk encryption AES 256.

Compliance and certification

2DAYSMOOD is certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, recognized worldwide as the leading standard for information security management systems (ISMS).

2DAYSMOOD complies with the AVG and handles all personal data in accordance with the latest EU laws.

We partner with leading security firms to conduct regular penetration testing and legislation review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the survey anonymous?

The tool stores the data anonymously. The data is processed and made available for analysis. The data will never be traceable to one individual. There must be at least five employees in a group for analysis. However, your data will be kept together for your personal dashboard. Please note: we cannot guarantee that open answers cannot be traced back to a user through language use or references.

Where is data stored?

The data of EU customers is stored by default in the European data center. US customers' data is stored in the US. The third option is the data center in Singapore. A private cloud and other options are negotiable.

What private data of employees are required to use the 2DAYSMOOD software tool?

2DAYSMOOD only asks for email address for basic functionality. Customers often choose to include demographic data in the platform, such as department, age and job title.
