2DAYSMOOD appoints Sjoerd Pasman as CEO to accelerate next growth phase

HR-tech scale-up 2DAYSMOOD has appointed Sjoerd Pasman as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 December 2025. With this appointment, the company is choosing clear leadership and accelerating the next phase of growth, focused on scalability and international expansion. Founders Jan Pronk and Martin Meulenkamp are handing over day-to-day management and will remain involved as shareholders.

Pasman will assume overall operational responsibility and will focus on further strengthening the scalable core of the platform, increasing commercial execution power, and accelerating international expansion. He brings extensive experience in scaling technology-driven organisations and connecting business strategy with people-centred leadership.

Previously, Pasman held leadership roles at, among others, Graydon, TomTom, and Centric, where he was responsible for growth, transformation, and scaling commercial and operational teams.

“In a market that continues to automate, people-centred leadership becomes the true differentiator,” says Pasman. “Too many organisations still focus on what happened yesterday, while leaders today have to make decisions for tomorrow. By making real-time employee insights tangible and measurable, they become a structural driver of success and sustainable growth.”

Jan Pronk and Martin Meulenkamp, the founders of 2DAYSMOOD, will remain closely involved in the company’s strategic direction, with a focus on long-term value, governance, and shareholding. “We are proud of what we have built and believe this is the right moment for the next phase,” the founders say. “With Sjoerd as CEO, we are taking a solid step towards further professionalisation and international scalability.”
