From a cup of suffering to a source of job satisfaction

In 2015, Jan Pronk, founder of 2DAYSMOOD, saw how clumsy cuts to coffee and plants by the CEO led to a lot of dissatisfaction and a negative atmosphere in the workplace.

This situation highlighted the need for an innovative way to measure job happiness and employee satisfaction more effectively and in real time. Thus was born the idea for 2DAYSMOOD, a simple method to constantly monitor workplace mood.

A wealth of HR and IT expertise comes together

In an effective 1-minute pitch, Jan managed to convince HR director, Martin Meulenkamp, of his idea. With Martin's years of HR knowledge and expertise on board, this dynamic duo has developed 2DAYSMOOD into an innovative measurement method. As a powerful duo, both are determined to transform the world of both HR and Tech with more job happiness and success.

Dat brengt bedrijven namelijk een lager verzuimcijfer, meer productiviteit en innovatie en minder personeelsverloop. Eind 2020 ontstond daarom het nieuwste project “Duurzaam Werkgeverschap”. Ook hier vertaalt het bedrijf de wetenschap naar een praktische tool, in samenwerking met de Universiteit Utrecht."
