"We help employers create the most positive and productive culture. Simple, data-driven and people-oriented!"
From a cup of suffering to a source of job satisfaction
In 2015, Jan Pronk, founder of 2DAYSMOOD, saw how clumsy cuts to coffee and plants by the CEO led to a lot of dissatisfaction and a negative atmosphere in the workplace.
This situation highlighted the need for an innovative way to measure job happiness and employee satisfaction more effectively and in real time. Thus was born the idea for 2DAYSMOOD, a simple method to constantly monitor workplace mood.
A wealth of HR and IT expertise comes together
In an effective 1-minute pitch, Jan managed to convince HR director, Martin Meulenkamp, of his idea. With Martin's years of HR knowledge and expertise on board, this dynamic duo has developed 2DAYSMOOD into an innovative measurement method. As a powerful duo, both are determined to transform the world of both HR and Tech with more job happiness and success.
2DAYSMOOD ready for the next step
After ten years of making employee happiness visible and open for discussion, founders Jan Pronk and Martin Meulenkamp transferred day-to-day management in December 2025. They remain involved as shareholders and strategic sparring partners.
Sjoerd Pasman has taken on the role of CEO and is continuing to build the next phase together with the team: a scalable platform with clear insights that help organizations better steer on people, performance, and growth, with a strong focus on product excellence, commercial strength, and international expansion.
