Job satisfaction is more than emotions during work

Business success is inextricably linked to a positive organizational culture and the (emotional) involvement of employees. For example, various practical stories and studies from Gallup, among others, prove that committed and happy employees are 45% more productive, 300% more innovative and 66% less absent.

The emotional state of employees is an important indicator of job satisfaction, but not the only one. Research i.c.w.
