2DAYSMOOD

Recently, organizational psychologist Selma Fehrmann, together with co-authors Christian Reinhardt and Hendrik Böttcher, released a new book: "Führung, die prägt" (Leadership that impacts). They look at today's leadership from points of view such as organizational psychology, personal branding and sports psychology. And 2DAYSMOOD is hereby designated as best practice for a strong feedback culture.

Over the past two years, our way of working together, expectations of a workplace and the role of executives have all changed rapidly. Today's leadership means that you have to accept these changes, take a positive approach and convert them within organizations.

In the book "Führung, die prägt" the authors do not only look at their personal experiences from their collaborations with executives. They also look at best practices at home and abroad for creating a positive work environment. "A feedback culture plays a key role in this," Selma says. That is why 2DAYSMOOD has been designated as a best practice tool to measure the mood of employees in real time.

Creating a feedback culture

With the 2DAYSMOOD tool, managers can quickly and easily measure how things are going in their organization or team. The results can be viewed in real time in an online dashboard, enabling managers to respond quickly and, above all, to anticipate changes. The tool enables the creation of a positive work and feedback culture.
