The Job

We are looking for a motivated psychology student to validate the core of our survey tool as part of their Master Thesis. Through our main survey questions “How do you feel at work today?” we want to get insight in employee´s mood at work. Our multiple choice answers to this question are based on a simplified version of Russel’s Circumplex model of emotions. We want to know if this model is representative across different cultures, in particular the Netherlands, Germany and the Middle East. Additionally, we want to find out whether there is a correlation between mood at work and drivers of engagement. In the second part of the survey, employees are being asked to rate engagement drivers.


  • Master Student Psychology with focus on Organizational, Social or Personality Psychology
  • Passion for employee happiness & engagement
  • Eager to do research
  • Solid SPSS skills
  • Curiosity for intercultural differences
  • Fluent English. German and/or Arabic language skills are a bonus
  • First experiences through internships in companies are welcome
