This may concern intrinsic factors (e.g. appreciation) and extrinsic factors (e.g. monetary). By finding out how employees think about the four drivers in this theme, you will discover how they get satisfaction from their work and how you can (continue to) motivate them.

- Possibility to participate in the success of the organization (for example through a bonus system, shares or a flexible salary)
- Benefits that contribute to a healthy work-life balance
Negative influences on employee engagement
- Lack of overview of salary and benefits
- Special benefits for top managers and / or other positions in the organization
- Positive discrimination in the dissemination of working conditions
